Hi mods/everyone! I started a post a few days ago and it was my first post as I

am brand new to this group and have much to learn about using iodine. Some

others started posting under my topic and then I think we all got confused as to

who was replying to who :-) so some of my questions got kinda lost down the

line.... :).

I am reading as much as I can each day trying to learn about iodine. I did come

across conflicting reports in the 'files' about using iodine to treat Hashi's/

hypothyroid - that it works for some and not for others causing adverse effects.

I looked at the poll too about taking it for hashi's and it wasn't too

encouraging... I want to stop the hashi attack and shrink a multinodular goiter.

Can you mods please give me some feedback about using iodine to treat these 2

conditions and any possible bad reactions? I had mentioned earlier that I was

scared due to some stories about iodine causing a choking sensation and

enlarging the thyroid....Someone had mentioned 's husband cured his

hashi's with iodine - would love to hear more about that! My Hashi's is with

HYPOthyroid.

I do take Cytomel for hypo/Hashi's and HC for adrenal fatigue.

I REALLY appreciate some input on taking iodine for these conditions. I can't

thank you enough!!! I have suffered severely for years....
