Though since bromated flour is usually wheat flour, and is used in gluten products to " promote gluten development in dough, " I doubt it would be in gluten free products, but you never know. Gluten free includes Rice Flour, Potato Flour, Tapioca Flour, Sorghum Flour, Teff Flour .... the list goes on. Guest guest Posted December 2, 2010 Report Share Posted December 2, 2010 I went into my pantry and looked at the ingredients in the back of my Bob's Red Mill mixes and the different flours I have and none of them contain any soy products. Just make sure you read the ingredient list and there is no bromine either in these products. Check out their web site.
