If you stop, aren't you afraid it will all come tumbling down again? I would continue what you are doing if you feel good, why stop?That is the part I don't understand. I am new here and I have seen everyone's numbers in range although according to ND you aren't okay? Your TSH is not in the middle it is on the low side. Your cortisol seems low too. TSH = 1.75 (normal range 0.34 - 5.6)

Free T3 = 3.3 (normal range 2.5 - 3.9)

Free T4 = 0.74 (normal range 0.58 - 1.67)

Cortisol - 8.0 (normal range 6.7 - 22.6)

Total Cholesterol = 144

HDL = 48

LDL = 89

Triglycerides = 35 (can it get any better than this?)

These numbers say I'm in just about perfect shape. Is it time to abandon the Iodoral experiment?

Lemon could be reacting to your fillings. Just a thought on numb tongue and so on. I have these weird symptoms too off and on but figure they are FM. Ride it out. Most change fairly quickly. Pam

Metallic taste is a bromide detox symptom, it would be unusual to have with that amount of iodine but not impossible I would increase unrefined salt intake.
