Guest guest Posted April 7, 2010 Report Share Posted April 7, 2010 Gallbladder / Liver Flush For 7 days take 4-6 oz organic apple juice in the AM & PM On Day 8 - 1/2 hour after dinner consume 4-6 oz Organic Lemon Juice Mixed with 4-6 Oz Organic Olive Oil Lie on your right side for the next 30 mins then retire for the evening. The next morning consume 3 Tbs Epsom Salts mixed with 4-6 oz of Water or Juice. Plan on being home for the rest of the day. If you have issues with diahhrea not stopping then consume toast, applesauce, bananas or rice. Re: B-12 too High!
