Gallbladder / Liver Flush

For 7 days take 4-6 oz organic apple juice in the AM & PM

On Day 8 - 1/2 hour after dinner consume 4-6 oz Organic Lemon Juice Mixed with 4-6 Oz Organic Olive Oil

Lie on your right side for the next 30 mins then retire for the evening.

The next morning consume 3 Tbs Epsom Salts mixed with 4-6 oz of Water or Juice.

Plan on being home for the rest of the day. :)

If you have issues with diahhrea not stopping then consume toast, applesauce, bananas or rice.

Regarding my initial question of would a high B-12 level cause a delayed period(day 38) and then a 9 day period, had asked what my lab said & I justgot my lab result from my doctor,it is : 1299and the range says it should be 200 - 1100Any feedback would be helpful.AliOn Apr 3, 2010, at 4:05 PM, Pamela wrote:You can also fill your own capsules. My last two lab tests showed B12 levels of >2000 - no value just over this amount and my doc is OK with this. Are you supplementing?
