Guest guest
Where exactly on the rib is it felt. When I press my lowest rib close to the mid line, I feel discomfort. My feces does not float. Thanks, Joan > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > How high was it? Did you take it the day of the test? > >  > > Steph > >  > >  > > > >  B-12 too High! > > > >  > > > > I have been taking ATP Cofactors (Niacin & Riboflavin) for over a year, > > and B-12 tincture, and a vitamin B mix. > > > > Now my B-12 is too high, and I am eight days late on my period. > > > > I stopped the B-12. > > > > Should I stop the others too? > > > > Can someone explain the difference between the B's? > > > > Can someone explain my it would mess up my period? > > > > Thanks, > > Ali > > PS I am not pregnant > > >
Guest guest
These products I recommend are more like a supplement. I have looked at the Renew kits and they seem to be a specific program / day specific kit. I would imagine if you wanted to do a cleanse that would be OK but for ongoing support I would do something different. Steph Re: Re: B-12 too High!> > > > I just did a gall bladder cleanse and it helped my gall bladder issues. I had the pain as well as the floating stools. Guest guest
steph, what do u mean that sounds like what u had? (sorry didnt follow from the start apart from that ur doc gave u the recipe, but i mean did u have severe issues with it?)also apart from the pain, do u feel better at other levels? like nlighter, less tired?I've been feeling dizzy for the past 6 years, some periods its really strong-i feel like i'm on a boat or sthg, my head is going from right to left and never feel stable-and others i can hardly feel it but it's always been there. Some say it's my liver/gallbladder (because of the EBV CMV etc), other say it's my thyroid, I just dont know but it would change my life to feel less tired and not have this constant dizziness anymore!!Also apples are said to help the liver/gb but it seems to agress mine, I've notice that many times when I eat one, I feel pain afterwards, is this normal? Should I have a scan? Guest guest
I am new to the site and no expert on anything. I have also had a hysterectomy. But, it sounds like you have gallbladder, liver problems and possibly candida? I have started the Iodine (lugols) at 50ml with the companion nutrients and am starting to feel better. When I feel strong enough I want to do the Iodine for Candida. I had the feeling of being in a tunnel and bad brain fog. I had my levels tested and I have Hashimotos(I think that is how you spell it.) Within 3 days the brain fog and tunnel vision was gone. I did feel dizzy at times but not a severe as you mention. That is gone, too. My tiredness was more like exhaustion. I could hardly function. I made myself go to work and do what else I HAD to do but nothing else. I was tooo exhausted. Which lead to depression. (I did not want to be on drugs for this!!!) I am slowly feeling better - I even the have a little more energy. After you ate the apple did you get gas and bloating? If you did I think you could have candida. I am just throwing this out there as a thought. If anyone else has more information or is more knowledgable please comment. Guest guest
hello Pamela!thanks for ur reply which is really useful to me! Yes indeed I have candidas! and hashimotos too (thyroiditis to be precise) my antibodies are too high. None of the doc I've seen gave me anything for my thyroid though. I have liver and gb issues yes that's for sure but nothing major I think, it just aches and I feel pressure almost constantly. I usually follow a really strict diet but recently Ive felt really low and ate all kinda junk food like white bread and chocolate so no wonder my gb aches right now!I have CFS and feel exhausted most of the time too, I had to stop working. The prob here is that no doctor has recommened to take iodine and it's like auto-medication and i'm a bit scared to do that, dunno why. I have other issues in my blood test like high cholesterol (didnt have before but i did a low carb diet for the candidas and intestines in general and then it rose like mad), i have disturbance in the fatty acids, low/defficiencies in vit D/B12/A, low lipase, oxidative stress to high and then high EBV (mononucleosis) antibodies although i've had it for more than 6 years (my doc says it is emerging chronically when my immune system lowers) i also had CMV and coksakie (that one was still active years later, proably still is) and also the virus that can cause uterus cancer. so all this is creating what we call CFS and I'm trying to heal it but it's so confusing because I dont know where to start!!I did this diet and now I have high cholesterol and liver issues, I dont tolerate high carb much as they give me hypoglycemia so I dunno what to eat. Fruits are said to be avoided in my case too, i'm lost so I'll see a holistic naturopath who'll help me know what my body needs right now. food is really important to heal.what do u mean u want to do the iodine for the candida? i mean u're taking iodine already u said?have all a nice evening! Guest guest
First what is CFS? Second- by virus that causes ulcers are you referring to the H-pilori virus? Third- if your gallbladder is not functioning correctly your colesterol will go up. That is a fuction the gallbladder does. If you do the gallbladder and liver cleanse you will feel sooo much better. Coffee enemas work well (after you do the clease) to help bring your colestrol down. (never let anyone talk you into having your gallbladder removed) Pam From: Caroline Croon <carolinecroon>Subject: Re: Re: B-12 too High!iodinegroups (DOT) comDate: Thursday, April 1, 2010, 12:36 PM steph, what do u mean that sounds like what u had? Guest guest
CFS is chronic fatigue syndromeno the virus that cause the cancer of the uterus, the papillomavirus but it doesnt matter, it is not serious it only cause cancer in small percentage of peoplewhat is the recipe did u use for the flush? i noted down Steph's which is good.no im against aggressive treatment, i wont get it removed i know i can heal it naturally!thanks for the advices! From: Pamela Olson <pamela.olson@...>iodine Sent: Thu, April 1, 2010 8:17:02 PMSubject: Re: Re: B-12 too High! (sorry didnt follow from the start apart from that ur doc gave u the recipe, but i mean did u have severe issues with it?)also apart from the pain, do u feel better at other levels? like nlighter, less tired?I've been feeling dizzy for the past 6 years, some periods its really strong-i feel like i'm on a boat or sthg, my head is going from right to left and never feel stable-and others i can hardly feel it but it's always been there. Some say it's my liver/gallbladder (because of the EBV CMV etc), other say it's my thyroid, I just dont know but it would change my life to feel less tired and not have this constant dizziness anymore!! Also apples are said to help the liver/gb but it seems to agress mine, I've notice that many times when I eat one, I feel pain afterwards, is this normal? Should I have a scan? I'm not worried but I thought maybe I should check if everything's ok. Guest guest
Just the constant aching feeling in my ribs. I didn't really feel any different after doing the cleanse other than not having that knot under my ribs. Dizziness can be adrenal / thyroid. Guest guest
You can also fill your own capsules. I've done a variation of this cleanse - the one Loretta recommends - and I found the epsom salts to be the absolute worst part of the process. I wish I'd thought of capsules - that's brilliant!
