Vitamin E, adrenal fatigue ?

, How much vitamin E did you take in getting better? Also, I have heard there is a certain type that is better, I can't remember now... Do you want the gamma one or not? One is better than another. manufactured untruth and there is no basis for it. Iodine is essential to

life, both physically, mentally, and intellectually.

There are no counterindications for combining with iodine. Iodine does help

the metabolism and helps everything function better, but you may still need

adrenal supplementation to fully heal. I was able to heal my adrenal

fatigue with Vit C, unrefined salt, Vit E, Isocort, and pregnenolone. I

was also taking the iodine protocol, but I was doing even more Vit C and

the salt that is called for.

Be sure to do the whole iodine protocol, each element is there for a reason

and it helps your body make use of the iodine better and have fewer detox

symptoms.
