Hello Everyone,

First, I would like to thank all of the posters to this

Forum. I have learned so much in these past few weeks since I joined in.

You all are wonderful for sharing your knowledge & experiences!

Now, I have a quick question. I see the need for a proper

amount of Magnesium to supplement the Iodine protocol, but I also see many

different ways to get Magnesium -- for instance from supplements of Magnesium

Chloride, Magnesium Oxide, and Magnesium Sulfate.

Are there any significant preferences as to the optimal one to

take? My hope is that Magnesium Sulfate would work fine, as it’s

the cheapest & easiest to get by just using Epsom Salts! Also, I’ve

tried drinking the Epsom Salts dissolved in water, but it tastes terrible!

Would one receive the same Magnesium benefit topically by just soaking in a hot

tub with Epsom Salts? I greatly appreciate any input or suggestions for the

best options, thank you.

Peace.

-

Bernard
