Hi there, I'm new to the iodine thing, but have been doing lots of reading and

am really keen to try it and have a few questions.

It's actually for both me and my partner, and I'm not sure whether it could help

for one or both of us. First, I'm wondering whether you recommend always testing

first, or whether it's worth just giving it a go?

Second, I'm wondering whether Iodoral is a good one to use? And is there a

specific protocol? (I couldn't find one)

So, my partner has PCOS, and thyroid issues and is currently on 3 grains erfa

thyroid. Also has eliminated as many chemicals from her diet as possible and is

intolerant to milk. These things have helped a lot, and her fatigue is so much

better. She still has pcos symptoms and also psoriasis though and I'm wondering

whether iodine could help?

For me, I'm wondering whether it could help with anxiety? I'm a small build so

don't have any of the classic thyroid symptoms, although last visit to the doc

(holistic doctor) she said my TSH was going up for some reason. I also have very

low testosterone for a female and low cortisol. Family has a really strong

history of osteoporosis.

Just wondering whether iodine can be helpful for these types of things and how

to go about it.

Thanks!
