Iodine and electrical charge

Hello,

I am doing personal research on Neural Therapy and interference fields treatment

with the application of iodine. I am just a regular person who has very little

formal background, besides having lyme brain, so that means I could leave out

important pieces of info in my question.

There are many modalities and alternative treatments that are successful, like

NRT, for example, but they don't consider iodine in their testing or as a

treatment. Neural Therapy uses lasers and Procaine injections to clear

interference fields and we use iodine topically to treat a cyst or damaged area

that would be considered an interference field. My question is a simple one:

Does iodine restore electrical charge? I know that it really calmed down my

left cheek which was traumatized by injections and caused my adrenals to flare

again. I used Iosol iodine on it last night and today my adrenals feel good.

Did it change the electrical charge?

" Neural Therapy is based on the theory that trauma can produce long-standing

disturbances in the electrochemical function of tissues. "

How does Neural Therapy work at a site of disturbance?

" A German neurophysiologist, Albert Fleckenstein, demonstrated that the cells in

scar tissue have a different membrane potential from normal body cells,

functioning much like a 1.5 volt battery implanted into the body. Whenever a

cell has lost its normal membrane potential, ion pumps in the cell wall stop

working. This means that abnormal minerals and toxic substances accumulate

inside the cell. As a result, the cell loses the ability to heal itself and

resume normal functioning. "

I am exploring this because my need to use iodine goes beyond detoxing bromide

from my body, I have much more complex issues to solve for which there appears

to be no answer, yet. If iodine can cure fibromyalgia, can it also cure

connective tissue disorder? Can iodine restore nerve sensation? I'm asking for

my son, its not just a curiosity question.

This might not be the right forum for these questions or exploration but it is

the only place I know to ask, unless I ask on CureZone. And it might be that no

one knows the answer or had even thought of this. I suspect iodine therapy has

many uses that have yet to be tried.

Regards,

joan
