i thought mag citrate was one of the best and it can cause diarrhea. i take Calm, i love the taste of it, it helps me sleep, and helps with my stool from constipation, helps move my bowls, i take like 1-3 teaspoons a night, sometimes with coral calcium from quantum nutrition labs and also their aloe vera powder, my magnesium blood test came back normal, so i think it works, do you think glycinate works better since it doesn't cause diarrhea? quantum nutrtion labs (dr. bob marshall) makes a mag glycinate capsule, with no toxic tagalongs, i could switch, but i love the taste of the Calm, any info on mag citrate like what's in Calm?> >> > lisa-> >>
