mag oil sticky?

The mag oil is I find a boost to the whole protocol. It does feel like your skin after the beach so another recommendation is to apply it 20 mins before your shower or if you have the time shower apply about 40 sprays to the body, rub it in and rinse it off after half an hour when it has soaked into the skin.to our health!

I find it can be a bit much in our hot sticky summer here, so I'm going to

keep your suggestions in mind. I really prefer the mag oil for mag

ingestion. And it really helps my aches and pains.
