Thanks , I have been taking 5000mg of D3 for months so I doubt that would be the problem. I don't take much calcium though. Do you mean calcium or D3?

,My left eye was doing this for weeks and someone told me I was calcium deficient. They were right. After a week of supplementing with D3 the twitching stopped so I guess that person was right.

Have any of you experienced the eyeball twitching? I know eye lid twitching is on the list of possible bromide detox but my left eye is actually twitching on and off and has been doing so for about a week. Whatchya think?
