,Regarding to the fearful dreams, might be related to low vit B. I used to have a lot of "worrying" dreams before I notice my symporters were unresponsive. Having ATP cofactors and B complex has solved nicely the problem. From: ladybugsandbees <ladybugsandbees@...>iodine Sent: Thu, June 10, 2010 8:59:12 PMSubject: Re: Hyper symptoms

My guess is adrenal. Try taking some Vit C, Mg and salt when this happens. I had this off and on in the beginning and these three things took care of it. Then I knew it wasn't the iodine. I was pretty toxic.

Hyper symptoms

I've been taking iodine for about four weeks. I hadn't noticed any change except my face was puffy and I just don't look so well which I put down to some sort of detox reaction. I've slowly upped the dose to 16 drops of 5%, split in two doses at 7am and 3pm. I have unstable low temperatures and most hypo symptoms and Hashimoto's but with low level antibodies. Last night I slept well for the first three or so hours (have been doing so with the magnesium oil and glutathione cream), but then had a really bad night with the type of hyper symptoms that I remember from a few years back, just before my hypo symptoms became really bad. I had heart palpitations, agitation, tingling in my extremities and lots of dreams with slightly fearful themes. No sweating. It was disconcerting and I'm just wondering what the possible cause are. The adrenal issues? The iodine? Any other suggestions? My stress levels are relatively low at the moment.

Thanks,
