Any other iodine friendly suggestions to repair adrenals?

Hi,

I'm taking the salt as well as the rest of the iodine protocol and also some

other supps, like turmeric, multi and sometimes ginsing (Up to 25 mg iodine

tomorrow to 37.5)

What does anyone know about maca to help support adrenals? How about chlorella

and spirulina? Bee pollen?

Would love your comments on these. I had been having a protein shake with all

of the above plus, but the last few weeks have been either too tired or just not

felt like having the shake.

What about licorice root?

I have not yet ordered the saliva test, I'm not sure I want to take HC. If I do

order the test do I need to go off of maca or any other of the non hc supps?
