Some see it the same day (feeling more energy). Other's do not. Some don't see it until they increase dosage. I took it for over a year and went from 50 to 75 mgs but then after 1 1/2 yrs I increased to 100 mgs and felt a huge change.

Hello Everyone,About how long does it take for the iodine protocol to start working? To see some positive improvement? What do most folks feel in the way of improvements in the beginning and what can I hope to achieve after say 3 months or 6 months?I appreciate everyone's experience. I want to recognize the changes.
