Guest guest
Steph -- Could you provide us with a list of what you do take, as far as supplements go? I am overwhelmed -- between thyroid, adrenal and general supps, I am taking around 35 pills a day and they are giving me massive heartburn no matter how I take them. The heartburn issue is rapidly taking over as my worst symptom and that's crazy. Even when I use a powdered multi (Dr. Teitlebaum's Daily Energy Infusion) I still feel like there are too many extra supps that need to be added. I'm a bit lost. Thanks! Guest guest
I did provide it but keep in mind that we are all different AND that I do labs every 6 mos to check the full levels of nutrients. They are in constant rotation based on what the levels show. I forgot that I am starting back on Vit A too. My eyesight is worsening and it had greatly improved and this is one of the only things I changed. You can't go by what I take. That's why I always hesitate to tell others because they jump on the band wagon and say "well if that is what she is taking and doing well then I should....." It's just not true. We are all on different journeys. Steph Re: Dr. Brownstein recommendations It is a relief to hear that I might be able to cut back on the supplements as I was beginning to be overwhelmed by them all. Guest guest
Yes, sometimes. It doesn't seem to matter with the supplement taking problem. I also take enzymes...although sometimes they seem to give me heartburn too. Any ideas?
