,

I've read on this list some discussion of this, several times. I'll bet Steph

can answer this one. I looked thru the info in files, links and database and

didn't find the answer.

What I remember is that Lugol's, which contains iodine and potasium iodide

should be taken separate from Vit C because the Vit C will change the iodine to

iodid if taken together. I also read that this is not the case with Iodoral

tablets.

If I'm wrong on this, I'd appreciate being corrected! If I'm correct, I admit

to not saving the info about separating the two because I use the tablets and

thought I didn't need worry about it.

Hey Steph, When I said whole vitamin C I shoulda said was whole food Vitamin c

breat cancer choices - about Vitamin C intake (3000mg perday). Does the amount

change when taking whole Vit C? My doc was saying when one takes a whole

Vitamin, not as much is needed..

arrives, I will check there first...as opposed to bombard you for the simple

answers (that aren't simple to me yet :0).
