We have found that the best time to take Iodoral is in the morning or no later than 2pm. Kathleen

When to take iodoral?

Hi there,I started out with 12.5 mg of Iodoral and noticed a lovely energy increase. Then I went up to 25 and couldn't sleep at night due to, seemingly, too much energy. It reminds of when I would raise my thyroid meds and my adrenals didn't like it and I have other symptoms like heart palpitations and some tachycardia with exercise and increased hot flashes at night. I've been taking the Iodoral at night. Is that the problem? Should I take it in the morning? How can I tell if these symptoms are telling me that 25 mg is too much (hardly seems likely it's such a low dose) or that something else is amiss or that it's detox I should just grit my teeth and survive? Thanks,
