Guest guest Posted October 13, 2010 Report Share Posted October 13, 2010 When I learned about the amount of fluoride in tea, I stopped the kombucha. I used the scoby in apple juice and it did ferment nicely. But I dont know how much of the good stuff from the mushroom went into the juice.
