My sister sent me this one. Very interesting. I consider this homicide!

Dear Em:

They have some graphs where it shows that in 1965,

the recommended amount of Vitamin D was reduced

from around 4,000 to 2,500 units of Vitamin D; and

diabetes went up from there; and then in approximately

1993-1994, they further reduced the recommended

levels to 400 units of Vitamin D...and the incidents of

diabetes rose dramatically even higher. There was

very little incidents of diabetes when there was 4,000

units of Vitamin D recommended; and when it was

reduced to 400 units of Vitamin D...it was like an

epidemic!
