Yes if there is not too much scar tissue it will. The supplements you need are in the commonly asked questions document in the files section of this group.

Steph - I've never heard of scar tissue and nodules/goiters.

I have used Ioderol to shrink a nodule. Would you explain more of scar tissue?

Amy - I started with 25 mg Ioderol and recently increased to 37.5 mg. My nodule

seems to swell some days and shrink other days. Today it is noticeably smaller.

Some days I can't hardly see it.

Nodules can contain scar tissue from damage. Goiters will not. If you have hashi's scar tissue is more prevalent.
