I can just imagine the scene, as a group of beer swilling curry breathed

medics stagger in to your front room for a late drink... is newcastle not a

bit to close to home, although I must agree, the night life is good.

have it in staffordshire, I could use ed sharpe taxis again :)

not the trojan taxi... unless it was an emergency

Gents,

There is a viable solution to all of this;

We have a kind word with the BAEMT and they do some kind of skills day for

the Saturday at the graduate centre in Stoke. That of course means that

people may have to travel down the night before. But as it is training of

continuous education, you get to write the expenses off against tax :)

If that sounds like a promising idea, I will have a word with Tandoori Tel

and see if he can recommend a large enough (and quality) curry house and get

transport for those staying in the area.

All that we need is some kind soul to organise the training side of things

and maybe even get a few polo shirt orders :)

You are of course rigth,

Too many spies in Newcastle, particularly those that work with the wife,

Staffs is good, fairly central, I know a man whose got a floor I can kip on,

and I'm slowly getting to know the night, unfortnatley I tend to be doing

stints as a navigator for Trojan Taxis. I hear Tandoori Tel can recomend a

decent curry house. Staffs might not be a bad idea afterall, its pretty much

in the middle of the country.

I'll do some investigating,

What do we need (for everyone I mean)

A hotel prefrably with discounted rates

Curry house that can seat (how many) probably 20 or 30?

I'll look into it if there is enough response

If we ever get to London will drop you a line. We actually visited

there in 2003. It was quite an experience for us.

Hi Everyone

I just wanted to wish you all the best, hope you have a wonderful time. I wish I

could have joined you as I only live 30 mins from Keighley, but family

commitments have meant not this year. Hopefully see you all next year.

Love Lizzie
