ok this is not thyroid related but you are such a knowledgeable bunch.

a hospital has breached the GMC guidelines on patient confidentiality.

the GMC then breach their own rules by passing on this breached information.

who do I take this to? I can complain to the GMC about the first breech,

but who to complain to about the GMC? Information Commissioner? anyone else?
