This particular one has also been raised with ICAAP staff by other people. It is unlikely that the Australians are rejecting visas on HIV+ status, as many people in that situation HAVE been approved. However, whatever the reason is, the issue will not be resolved by forum's such as AIDS-India, and I suggest the effort is expended in communicating directly with ICAAP.
