Guest guest
Hi folks, Steve, Irene, and everybody else out there, We are not yellow pencils, right? I think we are more like snowflakes; millions of us and no two exactly alike. I have to stay on this diet 100%, one hundred per cent of the time. A quarter teaspoon cheat is still a cheat for me and will do just as much damage to my system as a pint of whatever I choose to cheat with or on or from! (How'z that for ending a sentence with a preposition? ) But, just because that is true for me does not mean it is true for anybody else. I certainly did not intend to cram my 'avoids' down anybody elses' throat. Steve, I agree with , FWIW, eat more often as your metabolism thinks you are starving to death and it hoards fat for the famine that is surely to come. ) I eat three squares a day and at least two good snacks....I am nearly seven decades old and most days can work up a storm. BUT, I have to stay on the BTD in order to maintain my energy level, my weight and keep my sneezing at a minimum. Thanks for all of you and your feedback.
