Wanted to let you know that my sister Wanda ie: walou@... suffered a stroke 12/20 and passed away 12/30/06.. Thus I am saying goodbye to all of you for her. She and I began with the ER diet in February 1998 and have continued. I shall miss her dearly as I am now the last of a family of ten. God Bless all of you as you continue the ER path.
