Guest guest Posted October 9, 2006 Report Share Posted October 9, 2006 Hi everyone, I am 0 positive After being on a high carb mostly vegan style diet for years,my body has finnally broken down.I know I was wrong and I am trying to recover,I have malabsorbtion due to leaky gut,terrible food and environmental allergies,not to mention low thyroid function,bad digestion,PCOS and autoimmune stuff to name a few,I am also obese.I've been slowly sneaking in poultry to start adding meat back in my diet.I feel most comfortable with white meat now since I have no idea how to cook beef or even fish.My problem is my body is so hungry that when I make like a package of organic ground turkey I could literally eat the whole package which is probably like 20 ounces of meat or more....Its like this uncontrollable urge to eat it,and I do not feel satisfied or even full.So im worried about over doing it.Is this normal????
