A strange thing happened.

When I started iodine over a year ago

my cycles came twice monthly with heavy

PMS.

Over a year later, my cycles now come

once a month, about every 27 days,

with a lot fewer PMS symptoms.

Then, yesterday, on day 13 of cycle,

the day I was supposed to ovulate,

I go my period! It was so strange!

I am 43 and not pregnant.

Can anyone tell me how or why

this happened?
