I left my vitamin D testing 'til about last and had a very low result (23) I'm on supps now. This could be at least in part attributing to some of your probs if you also test low. I have had a rough time with my periods, which were always very light and painless before I became hypo t. I started Serenity last month and although my period was a whopping ten days late, when it did arrive it was light and totally pain free.... also no pmt, if anything I've been really happy. I haven't had my hormones tested which is because I'm totally broke.... and it's probably not a very good idea to just take Serenity without getting the test.... I was just desperate at the time. So you never know, it may be these two factors which need addressing with you. I mentioned the polyp 'cos I had one ages ago and they wanted to remove it. I had a very dry sore nose with it. I went away to a very hot and humid jungle and when I came back it had vanished !
