I use trail mix frequently as a quick snack. Be careful, it is high

calorie, and should be eaten in small amounts.

I rarely make it the same way twice. I make different combinations using

beneficial and neutral dried fruits, nuts and seeds. The variety is endless.

I prefer to make a new and different batch each time, rather than making the

same repeatedly.

Be careful with the dried fruits. As usual, read the ingredients. I have

been sadly surprised to discover many of these are made with a great deal of

sugar, or even, horrors, corn syrup. Be sure you are getting just the fruit.

I am able to get dried berries here as well, blueberries and cherries. They

are delicious!!!!!
