Guest guest
A very dear friend has been diagnosed with ATM (acute tranverse myelitis) She is in hospital being treated by a top notch team of doctors. (massive doses of steroids, I believe) She had breast cancer a year ago with a lot of Chemo and radiation. Is anyone familiar with this and is it classed as one the the many auto-immune diseases? I am wondering if her cancer treatments could have lowered the immune system so much as to have been one of the causes of the onset. Has anyone heard of immune builders or homoeopathy treatments being of any help with this? Thanks for any help you may have. Wanda in N. Ca.
