Maybe you could give a brief history of your illness and treatment you have undergone. There is a goldmine of information and experience here and it is more than likely that your experience is shared by others. You will need to get yourself a GP and if you are hypothyroid he will probably send you to a NHS endo. There are good and not so good ones depending on the area which you are moving to. Many of the members here see a wonderful man called Dr P, and he is very Armour friendly, but you would have to see him privately (that is, not on the NHS).
