Well, I took my 8yo in for allergy testing because his earlier

diagnosis of having a dust-mite allergy just couldn't account for all

his symptoms. Sure enough, he's somewhat allergic to dust-mites, but

he's also somewhat allergic to oranges and really allergic to oats.

The oranges are no biggie because he's type A, and they're an avoid.

But the oats are a bennie for A's, so I've been pushing them as a great

alternative to wheat. I would have never guessed it was the oats in a

million years.

I'm so glad I got the test done. Knowledge is power!
