Guest guest
YAY for you, ! Yes, I feel better too! The worst for me with mood is sugar, I'm sure other avoids would affect me too. But sugar is what i notice. My one big criticism of Dr. D is him categorizing sugar as a neutral! (for us secretors) I hope your dh comes around. Hopefully he will notice that your mood is good. Many people are resistant to any kind of diet restrictions. But type O's have a wide variety of foods to enjoy. cheers. Hi, I was just thinking about how, when I told my dh the other day that I couldn't have bouillon cos it is an avoid, he said this is like a torture diet and it just seems to be almost everything is an avoid - but as I told him, I have done many 'diets' and never lasted as long as this on any but one, and I feel so settled and content foodwise and not bothered each time I find another avoid. It also occurred to me that my mood is lighter and I just wondered if anyone else had found that eating this way has helped them to feel happier ? cheers ) Be a Transformer, Not a Conformer, Observe the Masses, And then do the Opposite ! __________________________________________________
