Hi Lizzie,

when I changed over to Armour, I too had cramps/pain all over the place.... especially in my legs. I was annoyed at the time as muscle, joint pain etc was the one symptom I didn't have when I was on the old thyroxine. This was just a phase though..... and after a few weeks all those pains vanished. I would say that it is possibly a transition phase that you are experiencing. What dose are you on and for how long have you been on it ? ......... it does take a fair bit of tweaking to get it right and it's easy to chop and change doses perhaps a little too quickly. It's like the body has to re-adjust to each change with a kind of time delay ( plus you have to allow for the week prior/during your period to throw everything up in the air). It will come right, you'll find your 'rhythm' with the Armour.

Hi

I am now on day 4 of 2 grains, I think you are right I do seem to need time to

adjust, I think things have been delayed because I had those dizzy spells and

had to reduce down because I didn't know if it was the armour causing it. so I

am now trying to get back to where I was over 3 weeks ago. I feel as though I

have lost time and all the synthetic stuff has now left my system but the Armour

hasn't built up yet so am suffering symptoms.

Love Lizzie
