My altdoc told me that you can buy a fermented tofu, but unfortunately I have never been able to find one. If anyone comes up with one pls let me know as I really miss tofu - it is so versatile.

On the soya front, you can get fermented: natto (bit yukky & best mixed with chopped cucumber, shoyu etc to break the "glue"), tempeh, shoyu, tamari, miso (if properly fermented).
