People are crazy (I think just like anywhere else) and are willing to

change something only if they are dying.

I didn't have much luck spreading the diet.

The biggest problem is probably that California Fitness Hungary had

the books translated, but they have such a lot of rubbish in the

translation that it is full of contradictions, so readers get

confused. E.g. the first book says it is not necessary to give up

wheat and dairy for Os, so they think why bother. They also based

several cookbooks on it, you guess it could be any cookbook from the

shelf. One of them has cream instead of sour cream (so typical in

lots of dishes) for Os (just because it doesn't have a rating in the

book). Completely useless.

I try to take care of my close family as much as they let me, probably

my elder daughter is the best listener. We are all four blood types so

situation is never easy.

This is also one reason why I am glad to come to this group (though I

sometimes disappear) because all of you are serious about it.

Sometimes I feel I am in a better situation here because I think our

foods/sources are not so spoilt here, on the other hand I would like

to have quinoa flour, kamut, buffalo, kale (which turned out not to be

" kelkáposzta " !!!) and the many types of melon and a lot of things

that you have there and I don't.

Well, I manage from the food available here and I am quite happy this way.

Love,

Rose/Hun
