Guest guest
We will certainly keep you in our prayers. It was tough but we made it through and things seem a lot brighter. Guest guest
<<I was expecting a bed ridden kid for at least a week, miserable, not eating/drinking...etc. The Dr said he will get worse before he gets better but at this rate, how bad can he get? The Dr said they no longer require the kids to wear the ear plugs any longer, but he still can't swim for the first week. Of course this is the hottest, humidest(?) week of the year so far. LOL He's allowed to use the wading pool tho. So those prayers worked very well, thanks again. Di>> Hi Di, I'm so glad all went well for Nic! He is such a cutie! It is very hot and humid here also. Guest guest
Hi We are home. has had his endoscopy and his colonscopy to look for that blue rubber bled. They gave us the news part of it when he went in and the procedure usually takes about one and a half hours. it took a lot longer and that had the pictures of the other colonscopy that show where the blue rubber bleb was and they all came out baffled and said that it was gone. These doctors work in Motts Children Hospital and the University of Michigan Hospital and they are the top specialist here in Michigan and they are all in shock that it disappeared. There were two teams of 6 doctors ready to get this taken care of and everyone of them are totally shocked, dismayed and cannot believe this we met with all 12 doctors/surgeons and they all are baffled they have no see a case where something like this disappeared we had the proof with the other pictures. we care estatic that he may not have this life threatening condition but where did it go? we have to monitor and make a diary and maybe pictures after he goes if there is blood in the stool. I cried hugged every doctor and they said we still have to wait for the pictures that was taken of his intestine and we left there at 8 pm at night and got home at 10:30 or so at night. we could not leave till the camere pill was out of the small intestine and back in the large colon. no we wait for him to exit it out. Hes a little sore and they did major flushed in the whole colon, intestine but now we wait results for the pictures which takes 12 weeks. THANK YOU all for the prayers, thoughts but I think all of the prayers produced a miracle. All 12 of his doctors even prayed before the surgery. We all said this is a miracle and we all are so happy. Then we all said but we need to watch heep an eye on everything. It is so amazing how everyone prayed so hard for this little boy and we have a miracle. I am happy and scared and baffled but i have my grandbaby.
