Where in the range should results be with T4 replacement?

In the thread on procrastination Sheila said:

“On Armour, your FT4 and FT3 should be

in the upper third of the reference range, with probably T3 right at the

top. This is where it should beâ€.

What about if you are on T4 only (and a generic), should they also be in the

upper third with FT3 near the top?
