Janice, a nonnie IS a non-secretor. It's a short form.

That is a secretor or a non-secretor. Nonnie is short for non-secretor or

one who doesn't secret blood cells in their saliva.

Hi Janice,

Can you share a recipie or two for the smoothies. I love smothies,

but all my recipies call for some dairy (milk, yogurt or icecream).

Do you use soy or rice milk?
