Guest guest
Hi Rose, Sorry if I wasn't clear. In the Diabetes book, it says that almond cheese and almond milk are avoids for nonsecretors, while they are neutral/frequent for secretors. If you are a nonsecretor and you have diabetes, do not have almond cheese or almond milk. The Diabetes book includes changes for both secretors and nonsecretors, in part because some food values have changed since the original books were published, in part because of the diabetes factor. Does this help? Carolyn > Thanks, Carolyn, but it is still not clear. Does that mean that an 0 > nonsecretor with diabetes can have almond cheese/milk frequently even > if these foods are originally avoids for nonsecretors? Or they should > stick to the avoid status? > To put it differently, do values for nonsecretors change or only those > for secretors?
