Guest guest
I'm reading the cell salts thread with interest. I recently started takinig the 12-cell salt combination and haven't noticed any effects. I also take iron for chronic, though not severe anemia. About the acne, I am 38 also and I want to tell you about a great product. I wish I knew earlier about Neutrogenia's " Clear Tint " . It's like make up, but more sheer, made for oily acne prone skin. It's fantastic to control shine and breakouts. It doesn't overdry, at least for me. in MT
Guest guest
Hello All, I have read your posts with great interest, and I have found that your knowledge has answered so many questions I had yet to ask. On this subject, I have spoken to many friends. Very few have listened. Some have just laughed. Not until I learned of Bio Feedback did any of this make sense. As a young teenager, I dealt with the stress and turmoil (Heh) of that horrid period. A time when nothing makes sense, but you know everything. This is truly when multitasking grows with your social and physical stress. Alas, about the time I started to gain the courage to speak to those of our species then known as girls, IT struck... ACNE! I had grown up in the library as it was, this only encouraged my solitude. Until I found passages in a book that opened my mind. A yogi was explaining the use of meditation to cure acne. Having been the devote of many OTC products, and still questing, I wondered how this could work. The Yogi (wish I could remember his name) spoke about how teens feel the new pressures of life, bodies growing, and hormones pumping, they push into life. This push causes them to force their own toxins to the surface of their skin, just as their emotions also come bursting forth. They must find the Calm at their center. Allow their toxins to drain down this well of calm, and see it released in the urine. This was revelation. I experimented until I found that center. I required running at the age of 14 to clear my mind. (Adolescent O, at its peak, Ouch.) 10 miles a day 5 days a week. My body cycled everything through, had I known of the BTD back in 1984, I might have thought I'd found Nirvana. At 18 I learned to draw life in, and have only had acne breakouts when on bread binges (not since Atkins leading to ER4YT.) I can only tell you that it becomes easier with time, and practice. Never push life, draw it in. Every part of life is vital. When you drink water, and when you urinate, feel the toxins/sludge/waste/darkness collect, and pass out of you. These things were never meant to stay inside. Do this frequently, and every time. Thank you for reading so far. This was longer than I thought it might be. Please keep sharing your wisdom, insights, and Carnivorous Love of Life. Adult Acne I'm reading the cell salts thread with interest.
