Guest guest
I went and bought some vitamins and minerals today and I just noticed that the “Trace Minerals” (liquid) that I have has fluoride and aluminum in it? Is this normal? I thought that fluoride and aluminum were bad for us? Why would they put that in the trace minerals? These are plant based minerals, not from clay or sea water. Any advice? I have listed them here below with what is in them and the website links too. I am worried because I wanted to avoid aluminum and fluoride, but it says it’s from plants? So is that safer? I don’t know how else to get minerals, since I don’t want to take a multivitamin or a one a day.
