I do agree with you on the fruit subject from my own past experience. I always enjoy your help and know that you have been following this plan for many years so your advice is taken very seriously. I always find Kathy s advice extremely helpful as well. I was just reading a question about low iron. I don't believe I have a problem now since I am in menopause but when I was carrying my daughters I had very low iron both times. At that time I was a meateater and ate just about everything else as well. I never was a junk food eater but anything else, potatoes, bread, beans, grains you name it, I ate it. Strangely enough I was always very thin and energetic, except when my iron was low. The food I am referring to as junk food are candy and soda. Have you ever read that blood type 0's are more prone to be anemic. I have always had this tendency and so have my blood type 0 daughters? I can't remember ever seeing it in Dr. D's books but I miss things and wonder if you have heard that we have a tendency to anemia. Thank you!
