wondering about continued high doses

I've been taking 100 mg/day of iodoral for 6 weeks and I'm wondering if

I should continue at this dose. My temperature is up to 98 degrees, as

opposed to 97.6 which was my reading consistently since I learned about

about low body temperature as a sign of hypothyroidism last year. I've

had several good days this month, which is an improvement over feeling

like every step is knee deep in molasses.

I continue having detox symptoms of cloudy urine, occasional headaches,

occasional stomach upset and the ever present fatigue and brain fog. My

loading test in late May showed lousy absorption rates. I started

taking iodoral last december and was taking 5 tablets a day january

forward. I didn't really get on board with the ATP cofactors, vitamin C

until june (2 ATP's per day, 1000 mg ester C plus my daily multi and

whatever I get from at least 32 oz of fresh squeezed juice). Still

wasn't feeling great so decided to up the iodoral for 6 weeks to 100

mg/day based on accounts of others in this list.

Well, now the 6 weeks are up. I've seen some improvements. I suspect

my absorption rate is still lousy, and the iodine project pays just once

to reimburse the loading test. Money's too tight for doctors or tests.

I'm thinking I should continue at 100 mg/day at least for a while and

wondered what people from the group might think.
