Guest guest
Hey Liz, welcome to the group. I'm also an RT. I work in a pediatric clinic and was crossed trained for phlebotomy/lab. I love it. My first bit of advice... deep six the scale. If you are doing body for life the way it's meant, you may not lose pounds. I promise you that you'll lose inches and feel great and look great. But it's time to lose the dieter's mindset. The mindset that a smaller number on the scale is better. There will be weeks when that number won't budge but if that's all your focused on then it's going to throw you into the dumps. Someone here has a Pant-O-Meter that she checks her progress with! Most of us use a combination of measurements, scale weight and body fat %. You can find a good body fat calculator at www.biofitness.com. The site actually has 2, one for calipers and one for tape measures. Good luck and keep us posted. Debra > Hi, I'm a fresh BFL'er. Guest guest
I have a question, please. What the heck is the difference between Lugo's iodine with soium iodide and Iodoral with potassium Iodide? Is one form of Iodide better than the other? Thanks

Guest guest
Oookaay. Thank you:) I read a reply to a review on Amazon for Iodoral and that's what one reply said. No one corrected the person. That's why I was asking. Thank you:) I'll go back to lurking now. > > Lugol's solution is potassium iodide and elemental iodine, Iodoral is exactly the same only in pill form, an iodine solution with sodium iodide is not lugol's > > Engtovo > > Hi, new here... > Posted by: " yardbirdmail " yardbirdmail@... yardbirdmail > Thu Nov 5, 2009 9:51 am (PST) > > > I have a question, please. > > What the heck is the difference between Lugo's iodine with soium iodide and Iodoral with potassium Iodide? > > Is one form of Iodide better than the other? > > Thanks >
