Guest guest
I've taken Deflect mostly when I'm on vacation or for restaurant meals. Basically when I can't control the ingredients as well as I'd like to. Like someone else said, I try not to eat those avoids/toxins, but perhaps use it for those " special " occasions. Looking at the ingredients (mostly gums) I think I'll just stick with Slippery Elm lozenges by Thayers, organic dried mango and dried ginger - all of which are my " friends " for GERD. I also prefer Nori to Bladderwrack seaweed. But it was very interesting to find out what is in Deflect:-) Namaste, Irene -- Irene de Villiers, B.Sc AASCA MCSSA D.I.Hom/D.Vet.Hom. P.O.
