Hi all,Raquel posted that mega doses of vit C can flush out some minerals. I have also heard Dr Lang, who spoke at a Weston A Price conference recently say that ascorbic acid is not real vit C but just one component of true vit C. She also said that ascorbic acid never cured anyone of scurvy. I did try the vit c flushes and mega doses only to find I was low in D3 and calcium, plus it made me itch and get pink splotches on my face and neck. Maybe whole food vit c is better to take and will also help with detox? Any comments would be appreciated. I learn so much from you all.DianeFrom: latinainwpb2

That is very possible. Please read this article mainly about Molybdenum, it will help give you an understanding of the situation. Increasing your Vit. C intake helps neutralize mycotoxins, just make sure to take more minerals, at another time, because mega doses of C will flush several of them out.Raquel>> Hi> > I've taken 50mg Iodoral today, and now this afternoon feel 'drunk'. Could this be candida die off or just a bad reaction to iodine? Thing is i thought it might be die off because the level of iodine toxicity is higher than what i took, right?> > thanks> > Chris>
