Temperature, Iodine, Naturethroid

After being on iodine for several months my temp gradually began

to rise from 95 to sometimes 97 point something.

Then two month ago I started Naturethroid.

On 1 1/2 grains of NT & for a week now I have just

increased to 37.5mg iodoral.

But in this past month my temp has stayed around 96.4

with a return of symptoms such as PMS, acne, insomnia etc.

It was recommended to increase both the NT & the iodoral.

Which I did for a week now from

NT - 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 grains

&

Iodoral - 25mg to 37.5mg

Shall I expect positive change since it has only been about a week

with these increases?

Has NT stopped my thyroid from improving?

I keep referencing the STTM website & applying the advice

I read.

Any help is great.
